Purpose of the project
Capliz develops financial calculators that make mathematical projections easier to understand and verify. Its first tool explains how starting capital, recurring contributions, return and time interact in a compound-interest scenario.
The project exists because a final figure is not enough: users should be able to distinguish their own contributions from calculated growth and inspect how the result develops over time.
What the calculator provides
The calculator supports final-value and goal-based questions, recurring contributions, contribution timing, nominal and effective rates, fees and inflation. It presents scenarios, a chart and an annual table rather than only a headline total.
Currencies change number formatting but do not perform foreign-exchange conversion. Tax, product-specific rules and historical market sequences are outside the current scope.
How the work is checked
The mathematical engine is separated from the interface and checked with automated reference cases for rates, timing, contributions, fees, inflation and inverse calculations. Assumptions, limits and rounding rules are documented in the methodology.

Capliz does not provide personalised financial, tax or legal advice, recommend products or guarantee returns. A constant-rate projection is an explanatory model and does not reproduce market volatility or individual circumstances.
